If a product arrives with a quality problem, or we get your order wrong, we take it back within 30 days of delivery. Because of how sensitive these products are, we cannot accept a return simply because someone changed their mind.

Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research only, and that shapes how all of us are allowed to talk about it. None of this is complicated once you have seen it laid out, and the training walks you through every line before you post anything.
Never
- Call any product a treatment, therapy, cure or remedy
- Mention dosing, injection, ingestion, cycles, or human or animal use
- Promise outcomes: weight, muscle, recovery, appearance, energy, longevity
- Say proven, guaranteed, safe, or free of side effects
- Present products as supplements, cosmetics, food, wellness or medicine
- Share personal use stories, before and after images, or testimonials implying human use
- Claim what partners earn, or call this an income opportunity
Instead
- Describe what a product does biochemically, in a lab context
- Reference preparation volumes, test concentrations, storage conditions
- Point to independent test results and published documentation
- Qualify claims: demonstrates affinity for, data indicates a correlation with
- State the research only designation wherever you promote
- Disclose your partner relationship on every placement, as the FTC requires
- Send people to the catalogue and let the documentation convince them
We do have to enforce this. Marketing these products for human or animal use ends your account and forfeits any unpaid commission. The full rules are in the program terms.
Frequently asked questions
Questions we get all the time.
Does it cost anything to join?
Nothing at all. There is no joining fee, no monthly membership and no minimum purchase. You are never required to buy anything to stay a partner.
Do I earn anything for recruiting other partners?
No, and that is deliberate. You earn on the orders you personally refer and nothing on anyone else's activity. There is no downline and no team to build.
Do I need a science background?
Not at all. Most of our partners came in knowing very little, and the training covers everything you need. Describing a product accurately is a skill you can learn, not a qualification you need to already have.
How long do I keep earning from someone I refer?
If someone clicks your link and buys within 30 days, that first order pays you 30%. From the moment they order, they stay linked to your account for 90 days, and you earn 10% on everything else they buy in that window, even if they come straight back to the site without using your link again.
Do I get a discount code as well as a link?
You get both. Some audiences click links, others prefer a code they can save for later. Either one credits the order to your account.
When exactly do I get paid?
Twice a month. Orders placed between the 1st and the 15th are paid on the 21st, and orders from the 16th to the end of the month are paid on the 7th. If your balance is under $200 it simply carries over to the next payment run.
